What we collect
Anonymous, aggregate site-usage analytics (pages, approximate location, device); and any contact details you give us (name, phone) when you call or begin booking. We do not knowingly collect medical information on this website.
Booking & records
Scheduling, intake, and patient records are handled by our EMR, IntakeQ/PracticeQ, under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, and are governed by our practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
Text & email
With your consent, we send appointment reminders, confirmations, and practice updates via SMS and email through IntakeQ Engage. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone for marketing.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. GA4 may set cookies and processes data such as pages viewed, anonymized IP / approximate location, and device type. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information; we share only with providers that run our operations (IntakeQ, Google Analytics) or as required by law.
