See us in Green Valley or by secure video anywhere in Arizona, and leave with a clear plan of care.
Most major insurance plans and Medicare are accepted — if you use
insurance, your visit is billed to your plan (verify coverage during
booking). Self-pay (cash): $250
for the initial evaluation.
